Heathrow is currently running the world food event 'Destination Feastival' for the first time ever.
The event runs until 16 November 2011, and aims to give passengers a culinary taste of the international before they even step on a plane.
Heathrow flies direct to over 150 destinations, and this food festival is equally wide ranging. Visitors to Heathrow are invited to sample food and drink from nearly 60 bars, cafes and restaurants, all serving up delights from the world’s cuisine capitals. To aid the digestion, live music from a huge range of cultures will also be on show.
Highlights of the Feastival include the Cuban Chilli Mojito, Japanese breakfast bento boxes and the British Ploughman’s share board.
